Coffee College

Everyone is talking about coffee and it is increasingly becoming relevant for all types of catering establishments. Cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso macchiato, caffè mocha and many other previously exotic drinks have stormed onto the stage of the restaurant and hotel industries.

They say coffee is the new wine! At the ‘Coffee College’ master classes, experts will bring coffee, its sensory properties and the factors that influence its preparation to life. This will ensure that coffee’s potential for the catering trade is fully explored.

Whether aroma labyrinths, cup tastings or master classes, the completely new and unique exploration of coffee, with its aroma and taste, will take place here. The aroma labyrinth will lead you through eleven aroma groups; participants will also learn interesting facts about taste recognition, aroma absorption and general sensory perception. At the cup tasting in the co-brewing space, the coffees are then tasted in four different preparations – pure coffee pleasure!
