In 2011 he was awarded with the Chef’s Choice of World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy. Selected “best Chef” by his own colleagues. In 2016 and 2018, he topped the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and today he is part of the Best of The Best Olympus. Since 2011, three stars have adorned Osteria Francescana. More is not possible.
